I live in a PALM HARBOR mobile home - 1987 model, and there are areas of floor that are soft and rotting. I've had all the plumbing replaced, but it is getting worse. Could it be from the roof (original, I think)? I would like an inspection and estimate on roof and floors.

Dear Ms, Hillegass,
it sounds like you have some problems out there with the roof being almost twenty years old it is a definate possiblilty that it could be whats causing your floor problems especially since you have had you plumbing redone. It could also be a problem with the casing of your home siding, stucco or etc I will need to look at it personally to inspect to see what the problem is. I have your request for estimate and i will have my office manager call to confirm.. Thank you For contacting our company and look forward to seeing you soon.
